If your mrldoll product is unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate, excluding the carrier) take physical possession of the item.
Important: Items are only eligible for return if they are in their original, complete, undamaged, and unused condition. For hygiene reasons, if the plastic seal has been broken, we cannot accept the return unless the product is defective or damaged upon opening. -

Please note that simply not liking the product after use does not qualify for a return. Refunds are only provided for items that are defective or not as described. -
