1. Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours and shipped within 48-72 business hours. If there is a delay, it might be due to peak seasons or special circumstances. We will process your order as soon as possible and notify you of any delays.

2. How can I track my package?

After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to check the status of your package. Please note that it is normal for the tracking information to not update for 1-3 business days while the package is in transit to the courier. If there is no update for an extended period, please contact us.

3. My package shows as delivered but it has not been delivered yet

If your package is marked as delivered on the carrier’s website but you have not received it, please check locations such as your porch, backyard, garage, or any place where the package might have been left. Also, ask anyone who might have picked it up for you. If you still cannot find it, please contact the carrier and inform us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

4. What should I do if the goods I received are damaged?

All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Upon receiving your package, please inspect it for any damage:

If the outer box is opened or the product’s packaging is damaged.
If the outer box has noticeable water stains.

In such cases, immediately take photos or videos as evidence and check the inner packaging for damage. File a claim with the carrier and contact us if further assistance is needed.

5. What should I do if I received the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, first report it to the carrier, then send photos of the entire package, a photo of the tracking number, and photos of the incorrect product to the support team. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact us via email at support@mrldoll.com. Do not return the item without authorization, as the address on the package cannot be used for returns or exchanges. We will handle your request promptly based on your email. Please ensure the internal plastic packaging of the doll remains intact.
