How do I earn points?
How do I use my points?
Points can be redeemed for coupons. You can convert your points into discount codes by logging in to the VIP widget at the bottom right of the MRLdoll website or at the checkout page. You can then use these discount codes during checkout.
Do reward points expire?
The points and rewards redeemed with points are valid for 6 months.
Can I use the redeemed rewards together with other discounts?
The discounts you receive by converting every 50 points to 1 USD can be stacked, including with the VIP New Customer 12% discount code or promotional discount codes. However, the VIP New Customer 12% discount code cannot be stacked with promotional discount codes.
If I cancel an order after placing it, will my points be deducted?
If you cancel an order, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.
Why don't I get any rewards when I place an order?
You may have used a different email address for registration and checkout. If you used a specific email at checkout different from the one you logged in with before purchasing, this situation could occur. If this is the case, please email us at support@mrldoll.com
Will I get rewarded if my referral is not a new customer?
You will only receive a 2500-point reward when a new Tantaly customer, through your referral link, receives a 10% discount and places first order of $199 or more.
I referred a new customer but I don’t want the points. Are there other rewards available?
Typically, for each successful referral where your friend places an order over $199, you receive 2500 points reward. If you prefer not to receive points, you can contact us for a $30 back attantaly.service@outlook.com.
