Cancellation policy

Deposit & Balance Payment Terms

For eligible full-size doll orders placed using the deposit payment option:

A 30% deposit is charged at checkout, and the remaining 70% balance is due 10 days after the order date.

Once the deposit is paid and the order is confirmed, production will begin. Because materials, labor, production scheduling, and customization costs may be incurred immediately, the 30% deposit is non-refundable if the customer later chooses to cancel the order.

A 7-day grace period is provided after the balance due date. If the remaining balance is not paid within this period and we have not received any communication from the customer, MRLDOLL may pause or cancel the order. Any deposit already paid will remain non-refundable and will be applied toward costs already incurred.

If additional time is needed to complete the balance payment, please contact support@mrldoll.com before the end of the grace period. Extensions may be approved depending on the order and production status.

The full remaining balance must be paid before the order can be shipped.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly misdescribed products will continue to be handled under the applicable MRLDOLL Refund & Return Policy.

Orders paid in full without using the deposit option remain subject to MRLDOLL's standard cancellation and refund policy.
