Special Product Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

 

Customized Products

All customized or personalized products are made specifically according to the customer’s selected configuration and requirements. Once an order for a customized product has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

 

Torso Products

Customers may request a cancellation and refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the item has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer accepted.

 

Full-Size Dolls

Full-size dolls are made-to-order products. Each doll is individually produced for the customer after order confirmation. Once the order has been placed, cancellations, refunds, or returns are not accepted, unless the item is defective or significantly different from the product description.

 

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately with photos or videos for verification. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Sex Doll Order Cancellations

Within 24 Hours:
Products are typically shipped within 48 hours. If you cancel your order within this window, MRLDOLL guarantees a refund of 90% of the total order amount.

Note: A 10% deduction will be applied to cover bank and online payment platform transaction fees.

Before Shipping:
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before shipment. Please send a clear cancellation request to support@mrldoll.com.

After Shipment:
Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, complete, undamaged, and unused condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened plastic seals make a product non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Simply not liking the product after use does not qualify for a return.
  • Refunds are only provided for defective or misdescribed items.

  1. Confirmation Required: Contact support@mrldoll.com before returning. Returns without prior confirmation may not be eligible for a refund.

    Important: Items are only eligible for return if they are in their original, complete, undamaged, and unused condition. For hygiene reasons, if the plastic seal has been broken, we cannot accept the return unless the product is defective or damaged upon opening.
